Jess Gupta

Jess Gupta is a Partner at Everest Group and focuses on consumer products and web services companies. He was an early investor and adviser to Lawyaw, an intelligent document automation platform acquired by Clio in 2021. 

Jess was previously the Director of Corporate Development at NetSuite, where he led the deal process for multiple strategic acquisitions and investments. Prior to that, Jess was Business Development Manager at Infogroup, where he formed strategic partnerships in the local search space. 

Jess is also the Founder & CEO of Nightside - a furniture company specializing in bedside lamps. More information on Nightside can be found at www.nightside.com. 

Jess received his bachelor's degree from New York University in 2002, and a law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2011. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
